The Kona Lodge - RPG Actual Play Podcast

Set in 1920s Kingsport, MA, 4 cousins attend their strict Great Aunt Norma's Christmas celebration. The holiday seems to be destined to be a dull affair until their Cousin Melba rescues them for a fun-filled tour of Kingsport. However Melba has some tricks up her sleeve and the cousins begin to suspect that Melba has much more exotic places to show the cousins later on, after all the adults go to bed. Soon they find themselves on a trip to the Dreamlands and an adventure they'll never forget. Christmas in Kingsport is written by Oscar Rios and is from 'The Eldritch New England Holiday Collection'. The Player Characters were: 1. Alice Sanders (Played by Tim) - The cousin from Innsmouth. She curiously never knew her father. She's on the swim team. 2. Donald Sutton (Played by Morgan) - The cousin from Kingsport. He is shy and kind. He possess the sight and has a ghost friend named Simon. 3. Gertrude "Gerdie" Pope (Played by Adam) - A cousin from Dunwich. She is weird and is albino. She is able to look pack into past memories using her Hyperborean blood. 4. George Weedon (Played by Toby) - A cousin from Arkham. Act 5: God's Breath - Episode 26 continues the story 5 months after the events of God's Eye. Team Masticate is on life support. Morraine Moss is missing, abducted from her family farm by Pisces agents. Jake Blevins is dead, his body devoured on another planet. Detective Thomas Thompson is in a coma after the car crash in Reno, a result of Agent Robin Reyes' murder of the driver. Only Agent Frank Campbell remains from the original Cornucopia House raid. New Federal Agent Bob Barnewell is selected by Handler Antony Pitzarelli to join the group. Bob, Robin Reyes, and Frank Campbell assemble in Denver to look into the death of a inmate in the local jail. A friendly reported that some kind of alien worm burst from the inmate's chest before being burned by the guards. Masticate in particular is a perfect fit for this job as the dead inmate was one of the children of Cornucopia House. The Agents soon learn this investigation stinks and their gifts from Sredni Vashtar are leading them into a confrontation with one of Delta Green's old foes. In a twist, the players are not Investigators this time, but actually 3 idiot Cthulhu Cultists who will plot and scheme their way through 1920s Arkham, MA. After a goody-two-shoes Investigator takes the mask of Icthulhu away from a rival cult, the Cthulhu cultists sense an opportunity for immense power. The back-stabbing villains will need to navigate the witch-haunted city of Arkham, dealing with a rival cult, investigators, and some angry cats out for revenge. Can they succeed? And which one of them, if any, will become Cthulhu's favored? This scenario is from "Halloween Horror Returns" and is titled Hope in that collection. Music is from H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society.
