Hello and welcome to 'The Last 5 Things I Loved'. I’m Sam Murphy, the editor of The Interns and also co-host of the podcast Flopstars. This podcast is all about uncovering what’s inspiring people lately. Each episode, I’ll talk to someone new and together, we’ll discuss the last 5 things that they really fell in love with. It could be as simple as a song or as complicated as a conversation with a stranger.

This episode I’m talking to Californian producer Gryffin. In a normal year, Gryffin would be insanely busy with festival and club residencies but 2020 shut it all down. Instead, he took to Palm Springs and spent a year living life slowly on the golf course and in the studio. As a result, his list shows an appreciation for the simpler things - dogs, golf, coffee, and more. We talk just as he prepares to return to the club circuit with a new single ‘Best Is Yet To Come’ in hand.
