Hi, my name is Brailey and I was a gymnast for ten years, traveling to competitions for eight of those years, and have also been coaching gymnastics for a little over two years. I have coached aspiring gymnasts that range from 18 months old to about ten years old. This episode is simply a basic guide to gymnastics scoring in the categories of: compulsory levels one through five.
