Practicing a 30-minute morning meditation can be a great way to start your day with mindfulness and focus. Remember, meditation is a practice. Some days might be easier than others, and that's completely normal. The key is consistency and approaching each session with an open and non-judgmental attitude. Over time, you'll likely find it easier to maintain focus and experience the benefits of a regular meditation practice. "Body scan meditation" is a practice that involves tuning into the sensations in your body, promoting relaxation and mindfulness. The body scan meditation helps you become more aware of the different sensations, tensions, and areas of relaxation within your body. It's a wonderful practice to ground yourself in the present moment and develop a deeper connection with your physical self. Breathwork is a practice that involves conscious manipulation of your breath to achieve various physical, mental, and emotional effects. There are different breathwork techniques, each with its purpose and benefits. Always practice breathwork techniques safely and be mindful of your body's signals. If you have any health conditions or concerns, consult a medical professional before beginning a new breathwork practice. "Regulatory breath" typically refers to a type of breathwork that aims to regulate and balance your physiological and emotional states. This can involve intentionally adjusting your breath pattern to influence your nervous system, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. One common technique used for regulatory breathing is called the 4-7-8 breath, also known as the "relaxing breath." It's a simple technique that you can use to calm your mind and body "Connected breathing" is a term often associated with a specific breathwork practice, known as Conscious Connected Breathing or Holotropic Breathwork. This technique involves a continuous, rhythmic pattern of inhalation and exhalation without pausing between breaths. It is designed to facilitate deep emotional release, self-discovery, and altered states of consciousness. Guided meditation by Alan Watts, a philosopher. Alan Wilson Watts was an English writer, speaker, and self-styled "philosophical entertainer", known for interpreting and popularising Japanese, Chinese, and Indian traditions of Buddhist, Taoist, and Hindu philosophy for a Western audience. His ideas are so straightforward and so profound when it comes to meditation. Wayne Walter Dyer was an American self-help author and motivational speaker. Dyer completed an Ed.D. in guidance and counseling at Wayne State University in 1970. Early in his career, he worked as a high school guidance counselor and went on to run a successful private therapy practice. He practices and communicates and does a lot of research about the afterlife, gods, and mediation. A lot of visualization and manifestation. What he teaches it's like not manifesting the items it's manifesting the feelings that them items would bring. It's like we're not trying to manifest money we're trying to manifest the feeling that that that money would bring which is like a sense of freedom or a sense of stability. Some of his books are Manifest Your Destiny, The Shift, and Wishes Fulfilled. We are what we eat. We eat healthy our physical representation will be healthy. Food is fuel, like we're fueling our bodies to be able to live, If you're not super active or like you don't need extra fuel you don't need to necessarily eat five or six times a day. It's just to supplement whatever your output is If you value something deeply and you know the benefits that it brings you yet the environment is still signaling you to go in a different direction it's a lot of energy to fight against that. This is where people struggle with disconnecting and saying goodbyes. It's like you need to remove yourself from the environment cause it's not conducive to your path to what you're trying to do or where you're trying to go.

Life is a Stream of Consciousness

Just transferred into our new location/home but it feels like we've lived here forever. Every morning I can go out to the ocean, either surf,, watch the waves, whales, or dolphins, and sometimes I just sit down and do some breathing work. The energy feels aligned with where we're at. The people are nice and friendly, he even made some new friends on his first day. Putting your body under physical stress for an hour a day is totally fine. For me, that is healthy and can positively load stress on the body which improves overall your physiology and resilience. Raw milk is phenomenal and it tastes beautiful, it's better than the processed milk. Some consumers think that the meat that they are buying is still farm-raised and grass-finished. Nowadays, some meat that we're eating is not fresh anymore. Because some cattle farmers are producing meat products from unhealthy and stressed animals. They even inject chemicals, drugs, and hormones and they do that just to increase the marbling of the meat so they can get a better price for their cut. When you consume meat that is full of chemicals and hormones that will interfere with your hormones on a molecular level. These can cause some medical ailment or condition which can have an impact on your life. A big shout out to Our Cow Australia, these are the type of farmers who still manage their livestock and animals to become healthy, farm-raised, and grass-fed. If you're connected to the person who grew the food or raised the animal and went through the process it's a deeper level to what you're about to consume. This is the deeper layer of being a human comes in. You are a part of the community now which is a vital piece to our evolution as human beings mentally and physically. At Blue Arrow Coffee, we pour passion into two things: crafting extraordinary specialty coffee & fostering a coffee culture in our community. Blue Arrow Coffee is the best coffee Will ever had. When it comes to the oven, the wooden type of oven hits really different and incredible. Fire is such a very interesting and mesmerizing element. Fire is so important that it would make you think of our past from a thousand years ago and where we are today. In Australia, it is called bush telly and in Spanish translation is Fuego, In Amazonian and Mayan cultures a fire is a gateway to open portals so they can talk with their ancestor and spirits. In this different culture, they make the fire a centerpiece for ceremonial practices and the fire has to stay burning if a certain amount of time. Sitting around in a plant-based medicine where there is a fire in the middle, that is a gateway to a portal and it is more primitive and a science-based expert. Fire is a super potent piece though being human for so many reasons. It connects us through the source, whatever we align with our beliefs, it connects us directly to the stream of consciousness. What is a Changa? Changa can be extracted from Acacias, which grows only in one location in Australia which is the Central Coast. Changa is a medicine used in a ceremony where you sit around a fire and meditate. Here are the other types of plant medicine in Australia Ayahuasca, Wachuma, different species of Psilocybin, Maboga, Amanita Muscaria. Over time Psychedelics have transformed into what we call drugs nowadays. These traditional Medicines have been lumped into this "drug" Narrative but now it's slowly coming out because of the literature, research, and the science that's backing it up. If you break down the Psychological behavior of Schizophrenia, these people have accessed a higher state of consciousness, meaning that they are thinking outside of the matrix. But people see them as different or some type of Looney Tunes. A book that's called The Immortality Key by Brian C. Muraresku. There are stories in there about how they used to drink tea with mushrooms to gain access to talk to God.

This curated portrayal often showcases an idealized and sometimes unrealistic version of their daily experiences, creating a perception that their lives are consistently glamorous, perfect, and filled with luxury. If you start being really vocal and transparent about what you're trying to do or build that puts you in a very vulnerable state of failing. If you authentically show up and speak your truth, you will attract those people that resonate with you. Mothers take on a multitude of responsibilities and tasks that require a great deal of physical, emotional, and mental energy. They often juggle caring for their children, managing household chores, and possibly maintaining careers or other commitments. Mothers often prioritize their children's needs over their own, which can lead to a lack of time for self-care and personal interests. They fulfill multiple roles, including nurturer, teacher, caregiver, and role model, which can be mentally and emotionally demanding. Societal expectations and judgments about motherhood can add additional stress and feelings of inadequacy. Parent's Job is to influence and guide their children through this life. It's like sending these kids into the world as a representation of their own parents. If you can hold yourself accountable for the things that you know, you need to do, you are untouchable.
