Charlotte Moore is a new reporter for Chicago Journal and her first story is well...not quite what she expected.  Bristol Mills is a small farming town located outside of the city, and has the most productive fertilizer known as Gowepo. Yup that's right her first story is on fertilizer, or so she thinks. This town and it's people may not be what she expected. Will she uncover the story of the lifetime and will she even live to tell it?
