Matthew Phillips of My Pinnacle Network-Braintree is this year's recipient of the Networking Ninja for Rookie of the Year. And much like the winner of Best Connector, Tara Gearhart, his secret weapon isn't exactly high tech.  While Jim, an executive with Arleen Smith Marketing, typically visits networking groups and prospects in person, Covid has altered his approach somewhat. Now, he utilizes an old school instrument--the telephone--to reach out to people in his network.   These are not sales calls.
