The Life Sorter-Who We Are

Jasmine Bradley, a psychologist, and Katy Nair, an educator, come together to talk about a process that has changed the way they live their lives.  The Life Sorter is a process that allows you to notice and sort your life allowing you to gain perspectives and move toward who and what is important to you.  It's a simple model that is well researched and evidence-based, and they want to share it with as many people as possible to help them get unstuck and live the life they want.
