The agent who killed Guerrero had previously been removed from a fire department for insubordination, and his ex-wife says he pointed a gun at her in the shower and has displayed racism. ICE briefly paused vehicle stops — then Trump overruled them within hours. Mom said on Wednesday she wants ICE abolished. Now Trump wants them back on the streets.
