The Contenders

Culture is an established way of life of a people. There are people that take their culture or traditions so seriously no matter how weird they are. They take it so seriously to the point that if you want to wed their daughters, you must have a traditional wedding— so you see foreigners from a far country coming all the way to the woman’s village. So, If men can take their culture very serious, how much more us. As Christians, we must take doctrine seriously. To be truly Christian, we must be orthodox and particular about our doctrine. In this sermon, we will touch on the importance of contending for the faith in Jesus and more. Listen and be blessed.

Holding fast to The Faith

The word of God instructs us and encourages us to hold fast to the faith-- To hold fast to the name of Jesus means to not be ashamed of your relation to him. It means that you count it as an honor that his name is named amongst you— just as a wife bears the name of her husband. In this teaching, we will be encouraged by the word of God to hold fast to the faith in Jesus Christ regardless of the darkness of this world.

Person of Interest: The Deity of Jesus Christ.

There have been many claims about Jesus, some say that he was an angel, he was just a prophet and nothing more and so on. In this series we are going to spend time investigating this person, Jesus Christ. In this episode specifically, we are going to be answering the question "Is Jesus God? Did he claim to be God?".
