What I can guarantee is that when you accept and understand that the way we communicate with each other matters and can greatly contribute or detract for all aspects of our health, you take back the power to make positive changes. The way we connect is INTEGRAL to our wellbeing. No (wo)man is an island, said someone or other and this is 100% my philosophy. I value connection. I value the contribution and the impact of sharing your message and your story. Sharing is caring and sharing is connection. The power to heal is within you.

I don’t know about you, but I get a little bit excited when people tell me something didn’t work out for them. When you “fail” you are presented with a myriad of opportunities available to you and only you as the subject of that experience. Whether it is a relationship, a business, a project, an offering, a big launch that goes belly up- I’m less interested in what happened and more interested in what you learnt. Who did you become? What changed IN you? What is your new trajectory? And how can you use this experience to help other people?
