high school can be pretty rough. especially when you don't know who you are or where you're trying to go. online school can be mentally tiring and if you feel like you're invisible in this world of screens and numbers, welcome to the club. i've learned more about myself in the past year than i have in my entire life so i'm really glad i got to work with my friend AJ on this episode as we talked about our similar yet interestingly unique experiences being 12th graders during this pandemic, along with the need to acknowledge our emotional needs and that some things may never truly be in our control, and that's okay. we hope that this episode helps anyone out there who feels like school's really overwhelming right now and we hope that this may help you feel less alone, more understood <3 remember, we're rooting for you!

Self-hatred: the first head of the Hydra

I know I've been MIA for a while haha, but im back and in this episode i just give u a glimpse of how self-hatred feels like, and since i thought it would be better to sort of make this into a series consisting of self-hatred, anxiety and depression (aka three things i have to deal with) i chose to start with talking abt self-hatred first although i feel that the other two topics are very much connected to this one so i didn't go in too much detail. i'll be back with another episode soon!
