Faith can cover you, but healing makes you free.
For a long time, I was taught that the power I needed came from somewhere outside of me. And while faith gave me foundation, discipline, and comfort, there was still something missing. I had to learn that healing is not just praying over the pain or covering it up. You have to face it, unpack it, clear it, and rewrite the codes that were placed on you. This is not me telling anyone what to believe. This is me sharing what I lived, what I learned, and why I believe the real work starts when you stop waiting to be saved and start recognizing the power already within you. Stay up and stay blessed. Deuces.
Did you get what you asked for, or are you too focused on what is still missing?
Pause and look around. You may already be standing inside something you once prayed for. Pause for a second and look around. Did you get what you asked for? I know sometimes we are so focused on what is still missing that we forget to notice what has already shown up. But I want you to really look, not through the lens of “I don’t have enough,” but through the lens of what the old version of you once prayed for. In this conversation, I’m talking about gratitude, growth, discipline, stewardship, and realizing that sometimes you are already standing inside a life you once wanted. It may not be the final version. Everything may not be perfect. A few things may still be missing. But that does not erase what has already been given, built, healed, learned, or received. So take a real look around you. What do you have right now that the person you were 10 years ago would have been grateful for? Stay up and stay blessed. Deuces.

Everything Doesn't Need a Response
Most people think they're exhausted because they're doing too much. Sometimes you're exhausted because you're responding to too much. In this episode, I talk about why every comment, opinion, and statement doesn't deserve your energy. Learning when to stay silent isn't weakness—it's wisdom. If you've been caught in unnecessary back-and-forth conversations or constantly feel the need to correct people, this message may change the way you protect your peace.
