To make is easy, I am going to divide Question #5 into two separate episodes. Part one will cover the documents that are important to have in place while you are alive and that will become obsolete once you pass away. These documents are Powers of Attorney (Financial & Medical), Living Will, Do Not Resuscitate Order (DNR) and HIPPA Authorization form. Part two of Question #5 will be covered in the next episode where we will discuss the importance of having a will and/or a trust. These documents go into effect after you pass away.
