Biden Speech - We Hate America. Why?

Last week, we saw the Biden speech to the Joint Session of Congress. Coming away from that speech, our impression was that President Biden and his Democratic assisiates don't like America. They seem to criticize it pretty heavily, especially about race. He said that basically America is bad, that we are a racist country, and that we are systemically racist.   We have to step back and ask why he would say that American is bad.
