Whenever we clean up our homes, there will always be memories. Even if it's a loved one that is not around. While getting rid of stuff, you will have that memory, whether good or bad. Try to focus on the good ones and if the bad ones resurface, just tell self that you are getting stronger day by day to move on.

Buying something for yourself is not a problem. It's a way to love self and feel appreciative of self. Not always we will get complimented or feel appreciated. We just have to do it for ourselves. Nothing is wrong with a little self care.
