In this episode, I talked with Creighton's head volleyball coach, Kirsten Bernthal Booth. We dug into her childhood and how she made a decision between playing tennis and volleyball at the collegiate level. She detailed a career which saw her go from high school assistant to D-I head coach in only a few short years. We also talked about her focus on mental preparedness and self-talk as it relates to athletes.
