Psalm 74 "Hope in Ruins" (Monday 6/1/26)

1 Corinthians 12:12-27 "One Body United in Christ" (Thursday 5/28/26)

In First Epistle to the Corinthians 12:12–27, Paul reminds us that the church is not just a gathering of individuals but one body united in Christ, with every member deeply connected to the others. No Christian is unnecessary, unnoticed, or unimportant—each person has been given a place and purpose by God for the good of the whole body. When one member suffers, we all suffer; when one rejoices, we all rejoice, because we belong to one another as the body of Christ.

Jesus tears down every wall of hostility and creates one new people—united in peace, grace, and belonging. In Christ, we are no longer strangers or outsiders, but members of God’s family and part of His dwelling place in the Spirit.
