Today I am joined by Mark McGlade who is the owner of Home Instead Senior Care for Exeter and East Devon.  Mark's office was the first home care provider in the South West to receive an all 5 Outstanding rating - which is an incredible achievement and in fact, over 30% of Home Instead offices have an Outstanding rating, which I discuss with Mark.
