About The Run Before The Rise

I have realized that most of my life has been spent on the run. I was running away from my true self. I recognize that I chose to live on the run and not deal with my life. On the outside, it appeared that I had it mostly together and functioning well. The truth is my interior house was a mess—a beautiful mess on the way to sanctification. Until the day I decided it was time to stop running, then presence and acceptance became possible. It took me hitting the floor to get this awareness. I finally decided it was time to accept my past as it was and thank it for its service and rise. The Run Before The Rise Podcast is my journey from a fractured life to one of wholeness. Join me as we break free from the strongholds of our past and embrace a present of happiness, joyfulness, and freedom.
