Saritha Farris, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor, and founder of Illuminated Path, a group mental health agency in Las Vegas, NV.
With over 15 years of experience in social services—eight of those in mental health—she brings deep expertise in clinical practice, supervision, and community collaboration.
Saritha has worked with various mental health agencies, provided clinical supervision for professionals pursuing licensure, and served as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Social Work. She specializes in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and is committed to creating inclusive spaces for healing and growth.
Beyond direct clinical work, she offers consultation to community agencies and facilitates professional trainings on topics such as trauma, youth mental health, and cultural competence.
She has also led community initiatives including mental health fairs and crisis response efforts, while mentoring emerging professionals in the field.
