This episode summarizes season one’s discussion points. Here we reinforce that it’s all about seeing others in a new and better way, and learning to acknowledge both similarities and differences. Ultimately, it's all about making connections and understanding that we all are connected whether we realize it or not; one of our biggest roles is to admit and embrace that fact.

This episode covers the idea of having a conversation with someone different from yourself as an opportunity for connecting with others.  Recognizing the challenges and embracing the benefits of increased understanding, communication, caring and respect for one another.

This episode covers race.  Acknowledging and understanding where some views on race come from through personal experiences and biases. What it means to be non racist vs anti racist and recognizing systemic racism.
