The Sanity Closet
WARNING** This episode contains information that may be sensitive for some listeners regarding the violence of war and the toll it takes on our veterans. Is there anything more delicious than a nice slice of warm (or cold) zucchini bread? Rachael is baking up a storm and shared her recipe with us. Michelle shares her experience meeting a Vietnam veteran while on her camping trip and we talk about those moments where the Spirit calls us to reach out to the people around us. Finally, we talk about the charges and precepts referred to in the bible. What does this mean? We look it up and try to break it down. Join us in the chaos! Here is the recipe for the Carrot Zucchini Bread that Rachael made. She doubled the recipe to make four loaves, and edited it only using one and a half teaspoons baking powder, and added 2 cups shredded carrots and 3 cups of shredded zucchini. She was able to make amazing muffins, mini muffins, mini loaves, large loaves, and a Bundt cake. https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/6698/moms-zucchini-bread/ This is a public episode.
