ANDREW FRAZIER is the Business Growth Pro and CFO and Owner of Small Business Like A Pro, LLC. He helps business owners grow revenue, increase their profitability, and obtain financing by providing them with valuable coaching, consulting, and training services. His expertise in business strategy and financial management enables him to take a holistic approach based on his broad experience and perspectives to provide more optimal solutions for clients. Mr. Frazier recently published his first book “Running Your Small Business Like A Pro: The More You Know, The Faster You Grow” to help them/small business owners understand how to create a sustainable enterprise.
Established in 2011, Mr. Frazier created the POWER BREAKFAST Series of event for entrepreneurs, business owners, and organizational leaders. These events focus on helping attendees learn business best practices, enjoy great networking, and gain useful knowledge. The POWER BREAKFAST has directly resulted in tens of millions of dollars in economic growth and financing for 1,000+ attendees.
Mr. Frazier served as Chief Operating Officer of The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) and was an Assistant Vice President at the New York Life Insurance Company. He also served with distinction as a US Navy Supply Corps Officer aboard the Navy Warship USS Clark (FFG-11) and achieved the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
Mr. Frazier graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also earned an MBA in Finance and Management from New York University’s Stern School of Business (NYU-Stern). His focus on continuous learning includes achieving the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) professional designation.
Mr. Frazier has been an active participant in numerous community and professional organizations. He has served in a leadership role and/or as a board member of the Newark Regional Business Partnership, Black Business Alliance, NextGen Network (CALIBR Global Leadership Network), Urban Youth Action, Inc., ELC Institute, and the Granville Academy.
Mr. Frazier has been married for 25+ years, has two children, and lives in Montclair, NJ.
