E7 Soul Calls Seven ~ Om Jai Ma

Many are Her names and attributes, and She responds to the sincere cries of all of Her children; but many are yet unable to perceive Her Presence because of binding attachments to the world of Maya, and as the yogis say, because of being entrapped by the ‘vain idea of separation.’         After many lifetimes of play with Maya, the soul tires of the endless rounds of birth and death and begins in earnest the journey home to Divine Union from whence it came. Toward the end of that journey of the soul, a state of intuitive knowing is attained, and the devotee perceives the Ever-Nearness in such sweetness! The Divine Romance ensues and in that sweetness and love the devotee experiences the bliss of deep, all-fulfilling surrender. Om, Jai Ma!         Sri Daya Mataji has written: "The repetition of the name "Divine Mother" begins to draw Her loving presence. The key is to continue chanting until you feel that blissful awareness….  Such chanting becomes a form of meditation."         In Soul Calls Seven ~ Om Jai Ma the devotee ardently calls to the Cosmic Mother for help in perceiving Her Divine Nearness. E6 Soul Calls Six ~ Dark Night

© Soul Calls Infinity All Rights Reserved          Soul Calls Six ~ Dark Night is about the Dark Night of the Soul and assurances of the hidden Divine Presence.         Sri Gyanamata, in the book God Alone has written: “If, in the darkness, the mind never wavers, if love and longing never grow weak, it is then that you prove to yourself that you really have the love of God.”        The Dark Night of the Soul is one of the universal experiences of the spiritual journey which is referenced by spiritual traditions throughout the world. Into every sincere devotee's heart comes, at least once, the experience of The Dark Night of the Soul.         St. John of the Cross said there are two types of the Dark Night of the Soul; the one experienced by the striving devotee, and the secret, deeper, darker night, known only to a few who have traveled far on the way to enlightenment.         Each type of Dark Night has as its purpose the furthering of the devotee’s patience, perseverance, endurance, surrender and unconditional love for God. When all seems lost and only those attributes are capable of manifesting, and in so doing with great absorption, is the devotee propelled onward and upward on its journey to Oneness.         The stages and nuances of the Dark Night are many and varied, but common to all is the feeling of being spiritually lost, adrift; bereft. The greater the love for God, and the deeper the communion has been, the greater the sense of darkness, loss, and bereavement. The devotee intuitively knows this dark night of the soul is a gift from the Divine with hidden sublime blessings, and that only Divine Grace can lift the veil.         In Soul Calls Six ~ Dark Night we find the devotee calling to God from the depths of spiritual loneliness with a one-pointedness urgency that eclipses the worldly view; crying for realization of that great Divine Love it knows is there, but cannot feel.         And then The All Compassionate Divine answers – “Oh, My Little One, hang on to Me; I’m here; rest now and let Me comfort you.
