Listen to learn about Karen's journey, growing up in the Philippines, being a National Archer to more recently holding roles such as the Chef De Mission for the Asia Games, President of the National Federation for Sepaktakraw and Deputy Secretary General of the Philippine Olympic Committee. All of these roles as a volunteer. Karen speaks passionately about her advocacy for Women in Sport and the challenges and obstacles she and other women face. Ollie and Lewis welcome Henry Paul to the pod. Henry is a former international dual code rugby player. Henry represented New Zealand in rugby league and England in rugby union. He once held the world record for the most consecutive kicks on the field. Henry still holds the record of kicking the most goals in a Super League season with 178 for Bradford back in 2001 and the record for the most goals in a game, being 14, when playing for Bradford in 2000. Henry played in two great rugby league sides, Wigan Warriors (94-98) and Bradford Bulls (98-01) before moving across to rugby union, playing in a Gloucester side that were national champions.  Listen to hear about Henry's playing career and his journey into coaching.
