On this episode of The Stand Up Guys, we unveil our Mid-Year Pound-for-Pound Rankings, debate the biggest omissions, and explain the philosophy behind how we evaluate fighters. Who belongs? Who doesn't? How much should activity matter? Resume? Eye test? We try to sort it all out. Over the course of this episode, we got the chance to know a man whose accomplishments in kickboxing speak for themselves: a four-time World Champion, Hall of Fame inductee, community leader, and lifelong martial artist. But more than that, we got to spend time with someone who is thoughtful, funny, generous with his stories, and genuinely passionate about helping others. On this episode of The Stand Up Guys, we start somewhere completely outside of boxing. After rapper Max B took a shot at Big Daddy Kane, we felt obligated to make our position clear: Team BDK.
