Solid Rock - Shane Howard

For episode 6 we are so grateful to have sat down with music icon and Australian legend Shane Howard. Shane is a passed member and lead singer for 'Goanna'. He has also had a very successful solo career releasing several albums and playing as support acts for music legends such as: Bob Dylan and Jackson Browne. We speak about his passion and knowledge about aboriginal rights/history, political issues such as: saving the Franklin river, as well as delving into ways in which he expressed his beliefs through his music. We also discuss the early days in his music career and where it all began with his brothers hand me down guitar. Shane is an amazing man with an incredible story. Enjoy the show. Stowy xx

This week's episode features Australia's very own Mat Garrick. Mat is well known as a reality TV star on Big Brother AU, and has also featured on Think Tank and The Chase. We touch on Mat's journey and some inner truths from the Big Brother house.  We also discussed Mat's involved in 'The Polished Man' campaign, and his support towards a greater attitude for mental health. There is no better time than now to prioritise your mental health.
