This is the first episode of The Todd Pod where I outline my thoughts and plans as well as ask for your participation. The time for fragmented progress is over. Today, we stand at a crossroads where the future of Black America demands more than scattered efforts and isolated victories. Through the strategic consolidation of civil, human, and political rights organizations into a unified and action-oriented entity, the mission is to forge a unified plan that attacks the roots of systemic inequality through four vital battlefronts.
