In this episode, Tommy talks a bit about some of the "leaders" he's had both the pleasure, and displeasure, of working for. During Tommy's almost 30 years in the working world, Tommy has worked for some real douchebags. But, Tommy has also worked for some truly great managers. Why are so many managers, and other leaders, such narcissistic, insufferable A-Holes? This seems to be a leadership trait that is becoming more and more prevalent, including the people currently in charge of the American government. Let us ponder on this, eh.

She Wants The Tommy!

In this episode, Tommy speculates on something he has noticed that seems to occur when he is hanging out with one of his woman friends. Tommy thinks it has something to do with the evolutionary programming of women and many women subconsciously can't help themselves. Tommy finds this behavior very fascinating.

Americans Love a Good Kick In The Balls!

In this episode, Tommy speculates on why Americans seem to metaphorically kick themselves in the balls and inject pain and misery into their lives. It seems to be getting worse in that Americans are voting in politicians and governments that not only have zero interest in improving their lives, but rather have an interest to make their lives worse. Americans also seem to be quite adept at making life choices that basically result in a good, swift kick in the balls. For instance, taking out a high-interest auto loan to buy a wildly expensive and huge pickup truck that isn't needed. Why do Americans repeatedly kick themselves in the balls, over and over again? The Real Reason for Return to Office Mandates

In this ep, Tommy goes out on a limb and talks about a sensitive topic that is sure to ruffle some feathers. The topic has to do with the Return to Office ( RTO ) orders going out from the corporate offices. Tommy has a take on what's really going on with these RTO mandates. Tommy calls it "Return to Chasing Tail!". Yes. Primarily older men in positions of wealth and power want everybody back in the office so's they can chase tail! Tail, of course, refers to young, hot women. Nobody is really talking about the real reason for this strong, persistent desire to get everybody back into the office, so Tommy decided he will throw it out there and so what people think.
