Recently I have challenged myself to daily ice baths, not just to explore the physical benefits it has to offer, but to practice the art of discipline, which I feel is massively undertrained in todays age. The benefits from doing something you don't necessarily want to initially do/start usually has the best return in the long run.  So shouldn't we take on these challenges? Thoughts? Lewis

"il start Monday" is an all too familiar phrase I hear all the time. But why do we feel we can throw away days? Our time is limited so if your currently unhappy, why waste another minute not doing anything about it NOW! It took me a near death experience to realise that our days are numbered so if your unhappy - then action is needed now and not just at the beginning of the week or year! Enjoy Lewis
