Drake just lost his defamation case against Universal Music Group over Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us,” with a federal judge ruling the lyrics were protected opinion, not fact. Drake had claimed UMG wrongfully released and promoted the diss track, which accused him of being a pedophile — allegations he said were false and damaging.
