Ultimate Hulk vs. Wolverine #1-6/Little Hulk Children

This is a big one! Nabeel and Josh dive into the (in)famous Ultimate Hulk vs. Wolverine mini-series! The guys cover everything, including the all-star creative team, the massive delay between issues, and especially the insane story itself! A visceral, action-packed mini with some interesting insights to the titular characters! Overall, not the worst depiction of these characters in Ultimate Marvel. Plus, there's a panda! Ultimate X-Men #69-71/Think Clean Thoughts, Chum

Time for more Ultimate X-Men! Nabeel and Josh discuss the "Phoenix?" storyline, which continues to develop Ultimate Marvel's take on The Phoenix! There's also a school dance interrupted by The Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, so that's fun. Featuring: More creepy Nightcrawler! Colossus and Northstar's first date! Back into the soap opera melodrama that is Ultimate X-Men! Nabeel and Josh dive into the "Date Night" story arc, the first few issues written by Robert Kirkman (Invincible, The Walking Dead, you know him)! It is Horndog o'clock at the Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters! This storyline is full of teen drama, romance, and more twists than you can shoot an optic blast at! The guys discuss dating as teens, broken friendships, and why Nabeel loves the X-Men in space. Plus: Nabeel confirms he is not a Scientologist!

DCAU Retrospective/Arleen Sorkin

Now for something completely different! Nabeel and Josh do a retrospective on the beloved DC Animated Universe! The guys dive into what they love about Batman: The Animated Series, Superman: The Animated Series, Batman Beyond, Static Shock, Justice League, and Justice League Unlimited (sorry Zeta Project fans)! Nabeel also argues that the DCAU accomplished Ultimate Marvel's goals years before Ultimate Marvel existed (and the shows hold up way better than Ultimate Marvel).
