Fellowship Sunday

Talking about getting a group of motivated people together on Sundays to workout outside. We would decide as a group the exercises to do. Then challenge and motivate each other, to meet our goals. Open to all ages and all fitness abilities..... And if your second guessing yourself to come due to your insecurities. I will come without my grill in to make others comfortable.
