In this life, we go through many trials and hardships, and sometimes those experiences can leave us feeling scarred or even hard-hearted. That’s why, in today’s message, Pastor Ken wants you to know that you are never alone. In every moment of trouble, there is One who will never leave you nor forsake you. His name is Jesus Christ, and no matter what you’ve been through, no matter how many times you’ve walked away from Him, it’s never too late to seek Jesus and let Him into your life.

Have you ever had a moment when you looked at others and wanted what they have? Many people see the world, with all its brokenness, and still desire what it offers. In the same way, some hear the promise of everlasting life yet hesitate to follow Christ because of what they might have to give up. But today, Pastor Ken reminds you that what Christ offers is far greater than anything this world can give. He is the only way to the Father, and in Him is true life. Choose Jesus; choose everlasting life.

Sometimes in our lives, we judge certain sins harshly while overlooking others. We can become so focused on the speck in our brother’s eye that we fail to see the log in our own. This kind of thinking allows sin to remain in our lives, leading to a hardened heart. That’s why Pastor Ken reminds us not to give room to any sin we’re holding onto. We can’t live in hypocrisy - we must stay in God’s Word and allow Him to transform our entire lives, not just the parts we allow Him to change.

We live in a world that can feel dark at times. Yet as Christians, we can confuse what God wants for our lives with what our flesh desires, often leading us away from His will. That’s why Pastor Ken encourages us to be mindful of who we’re joined to in our relationships - especially in marriage. Scripture warns us not to be unequally yoked, because pursuing a life with someone who doesn’t follow Christ can lead us away from what God desires for us. So today, remember to stay grounded in the Word of God.

We live in a world that, to many, feels normal, but to followers of Christ, feels backwards. Why is that? Why does the world take pride in what God calls sin? Today, Pastor Ken encourages us to remain strong in the Word of God, holding to what we know is right rather than what the world promotes. Because the world is filled with sin, now is the time to stand firm in the teachings of Jesus Christ and let our lives be a light, pointing others toward Him. Now more than ever, we must be grounded in the Word of God.
