About The Voice Now Heard

I want to share my experience in hopes to encourage others and reclaim my power. As I heal from hurt and betrayal I want to share what can be learned from looking at life through a different lens. My husband was having a long term affair and was leading a triple life with multiple women. I have a background as a social worker/mental health professional which gives me a unique perspective. I feel like my voice has been silenced for many years and am finding my voice again. I know I am not alone in this experience. Although episodes are heavy topics, I also use humor and sarcasm throughout them

We talk about the healing journey and offer suggestions for people who are going through a difficult time.

This podcast is about my experience of being with my husband for 12 years, 7 years of which we were married. I found out I was 1 of 3 women and that he was leading a triple life. I created this podcast as part of my healing journey. In this episode I reference a book called Ask for More: 10 Questions to Negotiate Anything by Alexandra Carter which was a good resource.
