Congratulations to the Las Vegas Aces on winning the 2023 WNBA Championship! First back to back champions in the W in 20+ years. A’ja Wilson adds a Finals MVP to her trophy case, a trophy case that may need more space because she’s going continue to be a force for years to come. WNBA First & Second teams were announced. S/O to the players that made the list. The Warriors & Bay Area have come to agreement with the WNBA for an expansion team that will be coming in 2025. Tom Brady officially becomes a part owner in the Las Vegas Aces. Shaquille O’Neal was named President of Basketball operations for the brand w/ Allen Iverson become the Vice President of Basketball Operations. In Shaq’s first move as President, he signed reigning National Champion Angel Reese of LSU to an NIL deal. One of the best up & coming stars in the sport. Caitlin Clark who plays for Iowa, played in a game of a record setting 55,646 fans in a charity game. Notching a triple double 34pts, 11rbs, 10ast! Paige Bueckers, another one of colleges brightest stars is making her return this season for UConn. Excited to see her back. Juju Watkins 2022-23 Gatorade National Girls Basketball Player of the Year has arrived. Playing for USC in her first season as a true freshman. The game is in an amazing place, feels as bright as it’s ever been. Extremely happy, & excited to be able to do my part to help bring even more expansion to the game I love the most.
