Ohhhh what a wonderful time of year, am I right?! New teachers, classrooms, curriculum and friends. Afternoons filled with sports, activities and playdates. Exposure to alllll the FUN and also allll the *gulp* germs. Let’s face it- life is F U L L- during this time of year, especially… and while very exciting, this full-ness can often leave both childrens’ and parents’ bodies a tad over-worked. 2: My Story

Hey friends! Some may have heard my story before, but most only know a small portion- that I’m a trainer, an aunt, a family gal, a fiery strawberry blonde at times, and a pretty big fan of toxin-free living. But my story goes much deeper than that- if you’ll stick with me, I’d love to share it with you!
