Hi. My name is David. Also known as the "thebearded86". In my podcast series I will share my Mental Health journey. All the way from the very start when I knew something was not quite right. To getting help. Being diagnosed. Going on Antidepressants. Going off antidepressants and how I dealt with every day life. And most importantly. How I deal with life today. In my series I will be open, honest and vulnerable. I will laugh. I will cry. At times I will find it difficult to speak. But I will be willing to bare it all. Hope you enjoy it!
