There are moments in life where numbers keep showing up. It may be one number, a repeated sequence, a combination, or a pattern that follows you throughout the day. To some people, it looks random. But when you’re in sync, when your eyes are open, and when you’re walking the path you’re supposed to be on, those numbers can feel like messages. In this episode, I talk about how numbers can speak to the past, present, and future all at once. The universe may be trying to tell you something, but you have to be aware enough to catch it. You have to be present enough to recognize the message instead of dismissing it as coincidence. We also get into angel numbers, numerology, spiritual codes, and how these patterns can serve as guidance, confirmation, warning, or strategy. When you are ready to receive the message, the numbers start making sense. They become a language. They become a signal. They become a way for the universe — or the angels — to communicate with you. The future may not always arrive through words. Sometimes it comes through patterns. Sometimes it comes through repetition. Sometimes it comes through numbers you keep seeing until you finally stop and pay attention. The future is told through numbers.  But maybe numbers are bigger than that. Every version carried lessons, scars, mistakes, survival instincts, and pain — but not every version is meant to survive the next chapter. There comes a point where being passive becomes destructive. In the times we’re living in now, we can’t afford to keep avoiding the conversations, choices, and separations that need to happen. We have to be direct about what we want, who we want around us, who we no longer want access to us, and how we respond when disrespect shows up at our door. This episode is about making executive decisions, even when they hurt. Sometimes the world may feel like it’s against us, but the real pressure is often coming from what we refuse to confront within ourselves and within our circles. The universe has a way of forcing us to release what no longer belongs — people, habits, distractions, attachments, and outdated versions of ourselves. I also briefly touch on Jay-Z, the Iran war, Georgia bringing back the gas tax, and how all of these outside events connect back to a larger conversation about awareness, pressure, and control. From there, I get into the distractions we carry in our hands every day. Our phones, our algorithms, who we text, who we respond to, what we watch, what we scroll through, and what we allow into our minds all affect our aura and energy. These devices are not just entertainment — they shape our mood, our thoughts, our focus, and the people we give access to our spirit. In this season, we have to be careful with our energy.
