E43 Seeing One Thing, Hearing Another: When Doubt Creeps In

Have you ever been so sure something was wrong - only to realize later it was already working just fine?  In this episode, I share a real moment where I thought I made a mistake during a livestream, and how God used it to expose a deeper pattern: doubt slipping in through small disconnects.  I talk about what it means to see one thing, hear another, and jump to conclusions before pausing to ask God for clarity. This is a lesson in spiritual awareness, slowing down, and learning to trust that what God has aligned doesn’t always need to be fixed - just discerned. Listen in and reflect: where in your life might doubt be creeping in unnoticed? 1. Where in your life do you move fast to fix what isn’t broken? 2. Where has God already aligned something for you, but you're misreading it because you're looking at one thing and listening to another? 3. Where is the interference actually an invitation to pause and ask God, “Is this You? Is this doubt? Is this me?” Scripture to meditate on today is Proverbs 3:5-6 – “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” Take a moment to ask: 1. Where am I leaning on my own understanding? 2. What would it look like to pause, instead of rushing to fix? 3. How can I begin to trust that what God is doing is already working, even if I can’t see or hear it clearly in the moment?
