In episode 8, Mike and Angela talk about having to zone out the opinions of others and follow their gut when making a big life decision. They also discuss the importance of "softening the blow" when sharing concerns or red flags with friends or partners. Angela asks Mike a very intriguing question and is given Mike's honest and raw response. They lead into a deep conversation about the reality of cheating and affairs. They recap their week and talk about the crazy projects and standards their 5th grader has to meet at his new school. Angela highlights a POC for Black History Month, and the couple touch on some of the hard conversations they've had with their oldest son and what they think it will be like having those same conversations with their youngest son soon.
