That shift leaves hotels, airlines, and even OTAs reacting instead of leading. The episode unpacks what that means in practice. Why a digitally ambitious airline like Riyadh Air still defaults to legacy distribution before launch. Why Uber entering hotel bookings isn’t about inventory—it’s about embedding travel into habit.
