#17 Chatting with Corey from Better You - Training, Nutrition & a male perspective

In Episode 17 Em interviews entrepreneur, online coach, gym owner, Youtuber and ofcourse her partner Corey from BetterYou. The episode kicks off as per usual with an ick or tick and Corey gives some very interesting insight into the his sleeping habits. We then move on to hearing from Corey around what drove him to own successful businesses by the age of 25 and reflects on where his love for the gym came from. Em also picks his brains on all things training and nutrition, including the purpose of training with intensity and how this can build mental resilience.
