Thy Kingdom Come Prayer Movement
My son, be attentive to my wisdom; incline your ear to my understanding, that you may keep discretion, and your lips may guard knowledge. For the lips of a forbidden woman drip honey, and her speech is smoother than oil, but in the end she is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a two-edged sword. (Proverbs 5:1-4) Father, plenty of voices promise our young people love, belonging, and pleasure while hiding the cost. I pray that ______ would have the discernment to taste the sweetness and still spot the trap underneath. Guard their hearts and their bodies from things that look like love but aren’t. Teach them to ask not just ‘how does this feel right now?’ but ‘where does this go?’ For your glory and their good, in Jesus’ name, amen.
