Today I chat with Marlee Morris who is a second year apprentice completing her Certificate III in Carpentry with Master Builders Australia. We chat about the advantages of being a mature age apprentice in the trade industry and some alternative pathways into trade.  This episode is the first in a series of upcoming episodes focusing on mature age apprentices and women working in trades into their 30s and 40s.
