Loving Kindness Meditation

This meditation takes you on a self healing journey towards a place of love, kindness, forgiveness tapping into the expansive nature of the heart chakra. Relax, ease yourselves into this therapeutic experience of well being and inner harmony.

Opening the Heart Chakra Consciously

This meditation uses metaphors, imagery and mantra chanting to experience the “how to” open the heart chakra. The body is an earthen lamp. breath is the oil. The wick is an awareness, centeredness, wholeheartedness, a sense of being, and the matchstick is the intention of an affirmation, prayer, mantra, a word that powerfully resonates with us on a day. What can be expected: This meditation shall help to open the heart chakra thus removing the chaotic mind from the picture temporarily. Practicing regularly shall benefit the practitioner to learn to switch the mind off when it’s not needed. The seeker shall experience a flowering of the lotus in the heart area which is the seat of love, compassion and purity.

Quiet the Mind at Will

Souls that feel a restlessness or a melancholic sadness within usually have a dichotomy where there is a conflict between head and heart. The mind is very active and busy. Whilst the mind is very much needed to fulfill our daily tasks and helps with the logistics to run our lives efficiently, its role is being overly misunderstood. This meditation is a humble attempt to quiet the mind at will and narrow down her role to serve the soul from anxiety, stress and pain.

This contemplation is a result of reflecting deeply the 21st verse of the scripture “Jewel of Bliss”. It has been transformative for me which is why I share.
