In this Cosmic Frequency Transmission, I share reflections from the legendary Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California, where I am completing my Awakening Your Genius: A Gene Keys Activation workshop in the historic Murphy Room. This episode explores the profound collective transition humanity is moving through as we move out of an old era centered around external systems, structures, and collective conditioning and begin stepping into a new era of authenticity, sovereignty, emotional truth, individuality, and awakened consciousness. I speak about the end of the 400-year Cross of Planning cycle, the emergence of the Sleeping Phoenix era beginning February 15, 2027, emotional freedom, authentic leadership, healthy boundaries, reciprocity in relationships, and the importance of honoring your unique gifts and contribution during this time of transformation. I also share insights from my immersive week at Esalen, where participants experienced profound breakthroughs around purpose, identity, subconscious shadow patterns, gifts, genius, and authentic embodiment. The Frequency of Insight, Simplicity, and Epiphany

A sudden insight can feel like lightning, but the real transformation happens when you slow down enough to hear it and brave enough to say it out loud. We’re stepping into a new six-day frequency cycle through Human Design, the Gene Keys, and the I Ching, guided by Gate 43 and Gate 23, the pairing that turns inner breakthroughs into clear, simple truth. We unpack the shadow of Gene Key 43, “deafness,” not as a literal inability to hear, but as the very human way we lose touch with intuition through fear, distraction, conditioning, and mental noise. I share a personal moment from a late-night conversation where I realized I hadn’t been deeply listening in an important relationship, and how that one choice to get present revealed a lifelong subconscious pattern. When we make the unconscious conscious, we stop calling it destiny and start choosing differently. Then we move into Gene Key 23, the path from complexity to simplicity to quintessence, the pure essence that remains when you drop what’s unnecessary. This energy supports communication, teaching, writing, leadership, and creative problem solving, especially when you’re ready to refine your message and stop overexplaining.
