Today we continue in Luke chapter 7 as we explore the "immoral woman" who enters the home of one of the elites, anoints Jesus, and washed His feet with her tears of repentance and joy. This is a powerful story and a powerful picture of salvation for all. Good Morning, Good Morning my brothers and my sisters and welcome to Turning On the Lights! for Tuesday June 2 2026. We open with a commentary on and being disciples of Christ which leads into Luke chapter 7 and a conversation about spiritual authority - as opposed to the power of God. I think that it is a good talk, and I hope that you think so as well. Good trees = Good fruit and The Word of God is the foundation of our understanding of God. We must be obedient.
