In this first official sit-down episode of Twenty Ways to Wander, I’m sharing my journey from anxiety, panic attacks, and emotional suppression to sovereignty in my body and emotions. For years, I believed that if I could just feel less, life would be easier. Instead, it disconnected me from myself and eventually showed up in my body as chronic pain, exhaustion, and overwhelm.
