Macey and Devon have been nurses for four years, the last two have been through the COVID-19 pandemic. In this episode they introduce themselves and their inspiration behind creating the podcast. They noticed that during the hardships of the pandemic there were not many resources for young nurses, early in their career experiencing compassion fatigue, burnout, and even PTSD. They have come together to create this podcast as a resource for nurses and people alike. Life can be difficult to get through, but with shared experiences maybe it can be a little more enjoyable.
